Arlington Heights police arrested a driver about 3:12:19 PM Friday for driving without a valid license in the 400 block of South Phelps. A juvenile female driver was transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters. The driver’s Buick Rendevous was towed to a police holding area.
