Illinois State Police received a report about 5:40 a.m. Thursday of a wrongway driver in a semi-trailer truck on I-394. A red semi with a white trailer was reported traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I394 from Route 30. No reports of crashes or police catching up with the offender.
