Elk Grove Village police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:40 p.m Friday, May 4, 2018 at Elmhurst Rd. and Touhy Avenue to a report of a rollover semi-trailer truck crash.
Firefighter/paramedic crews on arrival reported a single vehicle semi-trailer truck crash on the passenger side with no entrapment. Also, the truck driver was up and walking around apparently initially reports no injuries.
Suburban Towing crews were working on transferring the load from one semi-trailer truck to another and recovering the overturned truck.
Traffic was mostly congested at westbound Touhy east of Elmhurst and northbound Elmhurst just south of Touhy.
