Arlington Heights received a report about 5:45 p.m. Thursday of a hit-and-run at Eastman and Evergreen. The offending vehicle was reported to be a gray 4-door sedan with front-end damage with a blown front passenger tire. The offending vehicle was last seen northbound on Evergreen Avenue.
