... #ad▼Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:30 p.m. Thursday that a man was walking around in the Arlington Glen condominium complex in the 1500 block of North Windsor wearing a robe and flashing people. The offender was described as a male/white or male/Hispanic.
Police checked the area and found many people in the area, but no other people reported to have witnessed the exposure or man with a robe.
