Arlington Heights police received a report about 2:05 p.m. Tuesday that two male/Hispanics attempted to enter a house in the 2100 block of North Coldspring Road, east of Lake Arlington in Arlington Heights. The men, posing as workers, said there was a water pressure problem in the area and needed to enter the house. The resident did not allow the men to enter the house. One of the men walked around to the back of the house while the resident was refusing to let the men enter the house.
The incident was reported to have occurred about 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. The male/Hispanics were also described as follows. Both were wearing tan work clothes. One was about 5’10” tall with a thin build. The second offender was about 6′ tall and was estimated to weigh about 250 lbs.
