Waukegan police and possibly firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:00 PM Tuesday February 27, 2018 to a report of a domestic battery in the block of 4100 Continental Drive Waukegan, IL. Police received a call for help related to a domestic battery and possibly a man with a knife.
The incident is believed to have turned into a barricaded subject incident with Waukegan police activating a NIPAS response for a barricaded subject incident.
