Cook County Sheriff’s Police Patrol officers in Stickney Township on Wednesday August 28, 2024 arrested 18-year-old Daniel Gonzalez during a routine traffic stop. Cook County Sheriff’s Police Patrol officers found him in possession of a loaded illegal firearm affixed with an auto-switch with a high-capacity magazine, rendering the gun fully automatic. Additionally, Daniel Gonzalez had no FOID card and no Conceal Carry License.
Patrol officers also recovered nearly 38 grams of suspect cannabis from his vehicle.
Daniel Gonzalez was charged with felony Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon and other drug charges.
An early unconfirmed Court Records search indicates Daniel Gonzalez is free on the streets after a hearing on August 29, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. in Cook County Circuit Court Bridgeview Room 103.
His next scheduled court date is September 26, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at Cook County Circuit Court Bridgeview in Room 103.
