Arlington Heights police responded about 1:16 PM , to an armed robbery at Schaefer Road and Weston Drive Arlington Heights, Illinois. Police received a report from a female victim that she was walking her dog when an unknown subject approached her, pointed a black gun at her head and demanded her belongings. The victim had no property on her, and the subject left southbound on Schaefer Road to westbound Nichols Road.
The subject arrived and left in a black sedan — possibly a black Toyota Camry.
The subject was described as a Hispanic male, 20-29 years old, with dark skin, approximately 6 ft. tall, and wearing blue jeans.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 1:15 p.m.
