North Riverside police responded about 7:00 PM Thursday March 14, 2024 to an armed robbery at North Riverside Park Mall 7501 West Cermak Road North Riverside, IL. Police received a report of a robbery at North Riverside Park Mall, initially unknown whether the robbery victim was a store or a person. Two necklace charms were reported taken.
The armed robber was described male/black, age 30, 5’7″ wearing a black hat, a black and gray New Balance sweater, and armed with a handgun.
The offender fled in a gray Nissan Maxima with tinted windows and no front license plate. The rear license plate was possibly a stolen license plate.
The crime is reported to have occurred
