Area firefighters were honored to a day on the golf course with the inaugural Northwest Chicago Golf Tournament at Rolling Green Country Club in Arlington Heights on Monday, October 2, 2023. The program was sponsored by Country Financial, which has a history of supporting police and firefighters.
Since 2020, Country Financial’s initiative, “Operation Helping Heroes,” has donated more than $5 million to fire districts, and organizations and programs that support first responders, and active duty service members, and veterans.
