Mount Prospect police responded Saturday June 10, 2023 to a report that vehicle burglaries had occurred at Melas Park, 1500 West Central Road Mount Prospect. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders burglarized at least two vehicles at the Melas Park recreation area parking lot in Mount Prospect near Arlington Heights.
Offenders shattered car windows and removed personal belongings from the vehicles.
The crimes are reported to have occurred on Saturday, June 10, 2023 between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 3:00 (hours: minutes).
