Police, firefighters and paramedics from Arlington Heights responded about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2022 to an EMS call for a person who was sleeping or unconscious in the lower level parking garage under Arlington Town Square in the block of 0-99 South Evergreen Avenue in Arlington Heights.
A police officer discovered a person sleeping or unconscious in the west end of the underground parking garage. There were also several other people loitering or seeking shelter at the north end of the garage, probably seeking warmth from the harsher winter environment at ground level.
Paramedics transported the male patient to Northwest Community Hospital.
