Police, firefighter, and paramedics from Schaumburg responded about 4:13 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2022 to a report of an unresponsive male adult in a vehicle in a strip mall parking lot at 1530 North Roselle Road near the 7-Eleven.
Schaumburg Fire Department paramedics found a deceased male in a car in the parking lot. Police secured a perimeter around the parking lot, and began a death investigation.
According to the Cook County Medical Examiners Office, a male/white, age 46, was deceased at the scene. The victim was a resident of Chicago Heights, and the cause of death was not initially known, or was not initially released for public information.
A witness said there appeared to be a lot of items in the vehicle along with the man inside.
