Police, firefighters, and paramedics from Arlington Heights responded about 7:20 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2022 to a report of a vehicle fire in the parking garage at 22 South Vail Avenue Arlington Heights. A caller reported smoke showing from a vehicle on the third or fourth level.
Firefighters on arrival reported nothing showing. Interior firefighters in the parking garage reported no active fire.
Firefighters were involved in cleanup and investigation until about 7:45 p.m.
A large crowd was nearby at Harmony Park to watch the performance of Chicago cover band “The Chicago Experience.”
