The front seat passenger of the vehicle, Jorge Villareal-Flores, age 47, of the 100 block of Eastridge Drive in Springtown, Texas, was arrested.
After reviewing the facts and circumstances of the traffic stop, the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office approved the following charges against Villareal-Flores:
Manufacturing/Delivery of Cocaine (Class X Felony)
Possession of Cocaine (Class 1 Felony)
Sheriff John Idleburg said, “I am very proud of Canine Duke and his handler, Deputy Arrowood, for their efforts on this traffic stop. Our canine teams, and the entire Sheriff’s Office, will continue working tirelessly to seize dangerous drugs and weapons, while arresting those who possess them, to keep our communities safe.”
