Police, firefighters and paramedics from Mount Prospect responded about 4:50 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2021 to a report of a rollover crash with injuries and possible entrapment at Euclid Avenue and Wolf Road in Mount Prospect.
Firefighters on arrival located a small passenger car upright in the intersection, and a minivan rolled onto one side. One person was still in the minivan. Paramedics assessed the patient in the minivan as firefighters stabilized the minivan and extricated the person from the minivan. From photos available it appears the vehicle occupant was extricated out the windshield opening of the minivan.
Fire command reported one person was injured.
Injuries were initially believed to be non-life-threatening.
The small passenger car had front-end damage while the minivan appeared to have been hit on the passenger side.
