Elgin police responded about 11:55 p.m. Friday, October 15, 2021 to a report of a home invasion and armed robbery at an apartment in the block of 800 Carriage Way in Elgin, IL.
Police received a report that offenders armed with handguns stole additional handguns at the victim’s residence.
Offenders fled in a gray 2015 Dodge Charger, and were last seen eastbound on Carriage Way toward Blackhawk Drive.
Physical descriptions of the suspects were not initially available.
