Police, firefighters and paramedics from Schaumburg responded about 6:05 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2021 to a report of a stabbing in the block of 600 Sturnbridge Lane in Schaumburg. A male, in his upper 20s (actually age 18) was reported stabbed, and CPR was being administered prior to arrival of police and paramedics.
A suspect was in custody by 9:55 p.m. Tuesday.

Schaumburg Police Release Identity of Stabbing Victim on Sturnbridge Lane
Suspect was connected to a black 2008 Hyundai Elantra, and police were searching for the suspect and vehicle.
The vehicle connected to the suspect was initially reported as a black 2011 Hyundai Sonata.
The suspect wanted for investigation of a homicide is described as a male/Hispanic, age 17, 5’6″ 120 LBS or thin build with long black hair, brown eyes, wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and white shoes. The suspect was armed with a knife.
