Police, firefighters and paramedics from Arlington Heights responded about 10:00 p.m. Friday, September 3, 2021 to a report of a crash with injuries at Northwest Highway and Euclid Avenue in Arlington Heights. Police and paramedics received a report that three people were injured.
Upon arrival police and paramedics discovered two passenger vehicles with heavy damage in the intersection. A second ambulance was requested by 10:06 p.m. At least two people were transported to area hospitals.
Northwest Highway was blocked in both directions between Euclid Avenue and Ridge/Walnut Avenue crash operations by police, firefighters and Hillside Towing crews. Eastbound Euclid Avenue was closed just before Northwest Highway.
