Police from Hoffman Estates responded about 5:43 a.m. Friday, September 24, 2021 to a report of a vehicular hijacking at the Mobil gas station, 1 West Golf Road in Hoffman Estates.

Two Armed Teens Shot During Carjacking Attempt at Golf Rd and Roselle Rd, Hoffman Estates
Taken was a white 2014 Nissan Maxima. Initially no injuries were reported from the scene at the southwest corner of Golf Road and Roselle Road.
The suspects were described as two male/black subjects, wearing black clothing, white gym shoes, and armed with a handgun.
The suspects and vehicle were also involved in fleeing and eluding from police; the vehicle and suspects were last seen westbound on Higgins Road from Roselle Road at 6:03 a.m.
