Recreation Park will host carnival rides and some food selections thanks to the Frontier Days organization. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the festival is returning carefully without the live music and without closely packed crowds associated with live music and food tents.

Advanced Ticket Purchases must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2021. See Frontier Days website this week for more details about the carnival.
The limited 2021 Frontier Days is the bad news, but the good news is the Carnival Jamboree is here this year with a few extra rides featured in the summer of 2021. One of the highlight rides is The Sizzler, which is too large to fit in the layout for the traditional Frontier Days grounds. However, with no food tents just south of Recreation Park’s outdoor pool there is room for at least three extra carnival rides, including the popular large spinning ride known as The Sizzler. Just absolutely make sure your seatbelt is fastened!
North American Midway Entertainment is providing the traveling outdoor amusement park at Recreation Park, 501 East Miner Street in Arlington Heights at the intersection of Miner Street and Douglas Avenue.
