Police, firefighters, and paramedics from Arlington Heights responded about noon Saturday, March 13, 2021 to a report of a crash with possible injuries at Bath & Body Works, 41 South Evergreen Avenue in Arlington Heights.
The driver of a sedan jumped the curb and crashed into a brick wall at Bath & Body Works. The driver did not initially report any injuries and was not transported to the hospital. No pedestrians were injured.
A lamp post was knocked down and minor damage occurred to brick and stone at the building. Minor damage also occurred to the front end of the vehicle, which was towed from the scene.
Bath & Body Works was only closed for a few moments, and the sedan was towed away by 12:30 p.m.
