The Village of Arlington Heights website and the Discover Arlington website both appear to be functioning Tuesday morning, February 9, 2021 after being unavailable since Friday morning, February 5, 2021 due to a hardware failure with web hosting provider CivicLive.
CivicLive is also the website vendor for Arlington, Texas; Aurora, Colorado; Davenport, Iowa; Columbia Tennessee; Hamilton County, Ohio; Rocky Mount, North Carolina; Sierra Madre, California; Blind River, Ontario; and Clearfield City, Utah. The Village of Arlington Heights announced about 7:00 a.m. Tuesday that the website was ”back in business” after being down for several days due to a hardware failure with the website vendor. The website vendor operates with the brand name CivicLive, which is provided by Intrado Corporation, a telecommunications company formerly known as West Corporation.
