Highland Park police received a report about 1:01 PM Wednesday November 11, 2020 of a theft at Ulta, 135 Skokie Valley Road Highland Park, IL. Police received a report that unknown offenders were involved in a retail theft crime at the Ulta store.
The suspects were described as three female black suspects that fled in a white Infiniti. The vehicle and offenders were last seen southbound on Interstate 94.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 1:01 p.m.
