SUSPECT AT LARGE
At the request of the Riverdale Police Department, the Illinois Amber alert notification system was activated about 4:56 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2020, following a child abduction, but was canceled minutes later when the child was found. The Riverdale police department is investigating a double homicide and child abduction that occurred at 14212 S. Tracy Avenue in Riverdale.
The child’s name is K’marion P. Hebron, a black male, one years-old with black hair and brown eyes. K’marion P. Hebron had been last seen in the early morning hours on November 27, 2020. The victim was located immediately following an AMBER Alert. The Illinois State Police reported at 5:15 p.m. Friday that the child was dropped off at the police station and is safe. The suspect Clarence Hebron was still at large at 5:20 p.m.

The suspect is identified as Clarence Hebron, a black male, age 32, 5’6″ tall and weighing 135 LBS, has black hair and brown eyes.
The suspect is believed to be driving a 2009 silver Dodge Caravan with Illinois license plat CA 96676.
Anyone with information about this abduction or the whereabouts of the suspect, Clarence Hebron, is urged to call 9-1-1.
