Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:31 AM Saturday October 10, 2020 of a theft in the block of 1100 North Highland Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders unlawfully took a lawn sign and a banner from the front yard of the victim’s residence.
