Libertyville police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:58 PM Friday October 2, 2020 to a hit-and-run crash with personal injury at Milwaukee Avenue and Cook Avenue Libertyville, IL. Police received a report that the driver of a blue Chrysler PT Cruiser left the scene of a personal injury crash.
The offending vehicle was described as a blue Chrysler PT Cruiser with a missing driver’s side mirror. Initially, no description of the driver was available.
The vehicle was last seen northbound Milwaukee Avenue from the scene. The driver of the offending vehicle was driving in darkness with no lights on.
