Police and firefighter/paramedics from Rolling Meadows and paramedics from Arlington Heights responded about 1:45 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2020 to a report of a crash with a person trapped on Algonquin Road. Police on scene reported one person was unable to get out of the car.
Firefighter/paramedics worked with extrication tools to free a person from a crashed vehicle.
There were several passengers involved in the crash located near the northwest driveway to the Walmart shopping center known as “Marketplace” in Rolling Meadows.
Paramedics transported one person to Northwest Community Hospital. Seven vehicle occupants refused medical transport to a nearby hospital.
