Illinois State Police were alerted about 7:40 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2020 to a report of a wrong-way driver southbound in the northbound lanes of I-90 (Kennedy Expressway) near Foster Avenue in Chicago. The vehicle was only described as a black car. There was no description of the driver available.
