Police Activity Near Rush Oak Park Hospital for Escaped Female Prisoner from Hospital; In Custody in Forest Park

Illinois State Police and police from Oak Park responded about 10:20 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020 to a report of an escaped prisoner.

The escaped prisoner is described as a female/black, age 31, 5’8” 165 LBS with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a green hospital gown with blue dots.

She was last seen about 10:25 a.m. fleeing on foot northbound from 520 South Maple Avenue in an alley near the hospital, but was taken into custody by Forest Park Police Department by 10:54 a.m. near Harrison Street and Marengo Avenue in Forest Park — less than one mile southwest of Rush Oak Park Hospital.
