Illinois State Police and firefighter/paramedics from Long Grove responded about 11:30 p.m., Thursday July 16, 2020 to a report of a motorcycle crash at Route 53 and Lake Cook Road near Long Grove.
Long Grove firefighter/paramedics discovered the crash while returning from the hospital for a previous call. Paramedics reported the crash on the ramp from the northbound Route 53 spur to westbound Lake Cook Road. The crash was described in the middle of the curve.
