Police from Kildeer and firefighter/paramedics from Lake Zurich responded about 10:25 p.m. Monday July 6, 2020 to a report of a house fire on Brandon Road west of Andover Road in Kildeer. Fire was showing on arrival of firefighters.
A MABAS Division 4 Box Alarm #32-2 was activated at 10:32 p.m. for an extra alarm fire.
Firefighters from Buffalo Grove, Carpentersville, Cary, Crystal Lake, Fox River Grove, Nunda, Palatine, Palatine Rural, Rolling Meadows, and Wheeling were assigned to assist Lake Zurich firefighters at the scene.
Fire Chiefs responded from Barrington, Long Grove, Palatine, and Wauconda.
Firefighters from Carpentersville, Lake Bluff, Mundelein, Wheeling were assigned stand-by in Lake Zurich fire stations.
The MABAS Box Alarm was struck out at 11:20 p.m.
