Illinois State Police were alerted about 10:51 p.m. Sunday June 7, 2020 to a report of a wrong-way driver in the southbound lanes of I-90 near Randoph Street.

Initially, no description was available for the vehicle or the driver.
A crash was reported at about the same time, and is likely connected to the wrong-way driver.
The first fire on arrival reported two vehicles “pretty banged up” with the inbound (southbound) lanes of I-90 E entirely blocked in Hubbard’s Cave.
The inbound Kennedy Expressway was backed up past CHicago Avenue at 11:13 p.m.
