The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) announced Monday April 6, 2020 that Coronavirus COVID-19 statistics are now available categorized by zip code on the IDPH website. Des Plaines and Park Ridge zip codes indicated the highest number of Coronavirus COVID-19 cases in the northwest suburbs (see northwest suburbs list below).
In the City of Chicago the highest number of cases were located on the south side in the …
Auburn Gresham neighborhood (216 cases in 60620),
Chatham and Avalon Park neighborhood (188 cases in 60619),
Calumet Heights, South Chicago, East Side (175 cases in 60617),
Roseland and Pullman neighborhoods (193 cases in 60628) …
and on the north side in the West Ridge neighborhood (225 in 60645).
