Downers Grove police responded about 9:36 AM Monday March 30, 2020 to a battery at Sybaris, 600 Ogden Avenue Downers Grove, IL. Police received a report that a battery occurred at the intimate hotel for couples, Sybaris Pool Suites.
No detailed suspect information was initially available, but police were on the lookout for a silver Volkswagen with two broken windows on the driver’s side, and two subjects inside.
As of Tuesday night March 31, 2020 at 10:50 p.m., there were no notices on the Sybaris Facebook page regarding complying with Gov. JB Pritzker’s Stay-at-Home Executive Order, but there were “Friday through Sunday” promotions listed as recently as 3:08 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
