Police received a report that one unknown male offender concealed merchandise for sale on his person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
The total retail value of the merchandise is approximately $159.96. The offender was last seen leaving the area in blue Toyota with an Illinois license plate.
The offender is further described as a male/white, approximately 5’5”, with a thin build, with dark brown or black hair and wearing a black sweat suit.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 between 8:47 AM and 9:50 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 1:03 (hours: minutes).
