Operator of Massage Business on Shermer Rd, Northbrook Charged with Promoting Prostitution at the Business

Olga Bondar, owner of a Northbrook massage business, is accused of operating a prostitution business at a location on Shermer Road in unincorporated Northbrook.

Olga Bondar, 34, was charged with one felony count of promoting prostitution, according to the Cook County sheriff’s office.

The Cook County Sheriff’s Office said they received received a tip a tip that led them to a massage parlor in the 1900 block of Shermer Road, the sheriff’s office said. Investigators noticed several men enter and exit the business, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office.

Undercover officers entered the business on two separate occasions and met with a 39-year-old woman who allegedly agreed to perform sex acts for money, the sheriff’s office said.

On Thursday, September 19, 2019, investigators met with the woman for questioning. The woman located at the business identified Olga Bondar as the owner of the establishment, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office. The woman also told investigators that Bondar required her to perform sex acts on customers, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office.

The woman located at the business wasn’t charged, but Bondar was arrested at her home in Worth, Illinois. Bondar was schedule for a court date Saturday, September 21, 2019, and was apparently released on bond.
