Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:50 PM Tuesday, August 7, 2019 to a report of a rollover tanker truck which was actually a rolled over lawnmower.
Apparently the driver of the lawn mower was avoiding a car passing through the intersection when the rollover occurred. The lawn mower is owned by the Arlington Heights Park District, and the crash caused a small oil leak and a small diesel fuel leak.
No injuries were reported initially at the scene.
