BC20 reports a civilian helped an elderly woman out to a balcony. 3-story apartment comlex 12-unit building, fire resistive 75×100. Companies led out to the rear, one occupant removed, one line on the fire by 9:14 p.m. Still and Box at 9:15 p.m. Fire out by 9:22 p.m. Still and Box struck out at 9:22 p.m. on orders of BC20. Crew on arrival reports fire showing from the roof of a one-story single-family home. Incident upgraded to a Code 4 (working fire response) by 1:02 a.m. Main body of fire in the attic.
