Robert W. Heise, age 42, failed to register as a sex offender during his quarterly registration period, according to Waukegan Police Department. Robert was seventy-one days overdue for his registration at the time a warrant was issued for his arrest. The date of the warrant was not released by Waukegan Police Department.
A previous description lists Heise as 5’7” 170 LBS. He reportedly had a previous address on Sheridan Road in Waukegan.
