Chicago police officers arrived in about 20 police vehicles at the intersection of Chicago Avenue and Oakley Boulevard in Chicago’s West Town on the edge of Ukrainian Village.
Chicago police responded about 11:07 p.m. Saturday May 4, 2019 to a report of a large gathering of teens preparing for a street fight.
Twitter posts from @EricTendian and @CheertheAnthem document large scale police activity at Chicago Avenue and Oakley Boulevard near Fatso’s Last Stand hot dog stand at about 11:07 p.m. about 2250 West Chicago Avenue and about 800 North Oakley Boulevard.
Teens dispersed when police arrived, and no injuries were reported.
