Apparently Facebook is experiencing issues with their Inbox feature. Admins of some pages can see that there are messages and can see part of the content of messages, but can’t open the inbox to subsequently open any messages or reply to any of the messages. Arlington Cardinal, Cardinal Emergencies and other pages of Arlingtoncardinal.com are experiencing this problem, and other users have reported the problem in Utah and worldwide in the United Kingdom and in Spain, for example.
Facebook users began reporting the issue as early as about 9:45 a.m. CDT on Wednesday April 17, 2019.
Facebook’s status page for developers erroneously reports the the “Facebook Platform is Healthy” since March 15, 2019 at 12:37 a.m. at 11:00 a.m. CDT.

According to THE VERGE, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp were all experiencing issues worldwide Sunday morning April 14, 2019. Facebook and Instagram were both inaccessible, with news feeds refusing to refresh and the main Facebook.com domain unavailable for more than two hours, according to the American technology news and media network operated by Vox Media.
