Lake Zurich police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 9:44 AM Monday March 18, 2019 to a report of a small barn-like structure on fire.
Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a fire involving a garage or barn in the back yard of a house on Shirley Road west of Plum Grove and just north of Whole Foods in Kildeer.
A smoke header was visible during fire unit response directly behind Kildeer Village Square and Whole Foods.
The first fire unit on arrival reported a small barn-like structure on fire — fully-involved with fire.
The fire was under control by 9:59 a.m. with two lines on the fire.
