Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:34 PM Friday February 8, 2019 to a report of a female threatening to harm herself on the railroad tracks of the Metra North Central Service near 825 Commerce Court Buffalo Grove, Il.
Police were on the scene first, and requested rescue response from Buffalo Grove Fire Department.
Deerfield Parkway appeared to be unobstructed at 8:10 p.m.
The railroad tracks were cleared by 8:16 p.m. and Metra trains were permitted to pass through the area. The condition of the female patient was unknown at 8:20 a.m.
