Zion police responded about 3:36 PM Saturday September 8, 2018 to an attempted homicide with a firearm on Joanna Avenue near Joanna Avenue and 18th Street Zion, IL. Police received a report that three suspects were associated with a red sedan, possibly a Ford Mustang.
The suspects were initially described as three male/black subjects — one wearing a gray hoodie. The suspects were last seen headed westbound from the scene toward Lewis Avenue.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 3:36 p.m.
One person was possibly shot.
