Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:15 PM Wednesday June 6, 2018 to a report of an ammonia leak at Nation Pizza, 601 East Algonquin Road Schaumburg, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of an ammonia leak with multiple patients at Nation Pizza, and discovered multiple patient complaining of symptoms possibly related to the leak.
The emergency response was upgraded to a MABAS Division 1 Ambulance Box at 1:50 p.m.
Ambulances from Palatine Rural, Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Elk Grove Village and Roselle responded to the scene.
