On Friday, April 20th at 7:00 p.m. the Arlington Heights Arts Commission will dedicate a new mural of “Meyer’s Pond” on the second floor of Village Hall, 33 South Arlington Heights Road. The mural represents an important piece of Arlington Heights’ history. “Meyer’s Pond” was located roughly where Village Hall, the new police station and Fire Station 1 are located today.
The mural is a reproduction of a painting done by Arlington Heights artist Jack Musich.
The Arlingtones will perform at the dedication.
