Barrington Hills police and Barrington Countryside firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:35 PM Saturday March 3, 2018 to a report of a canoe that capsized in Goose Lake near 66 Brinker Road Barrington Hills, Il. At least three people were rescued Saturday evening after a canoe capsized in Goose Lake.
The first fire crew on arrival reported people are mixed in with some marshy water on Goose Lake closer to 11 Goose Lake Drive.
Victims were knee deep in water in a marshy area with an overturned canoe.
Ambulance 38’s crew and E38’s crew were also dispatched to Goose Lake behind 11 Goose Lake Drive.
Patient #1 is with A38’s crew by 5:14 PM.
Patient #2 transferred to Palatine Rural A36 by 5:14 PM.
Patient #3 transferred to Barrington A361 by about 5:17 p.m.
