EXTRA ALARM FIRE EXTINGUISHED QUICKLY; EXTRA ALARM STRUCKOUT WITHIN 30 MINUTES
Skokie police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:52 AM Tuesday March 6, 2018 to a report of a fire at the Subway restaurant, 5041 Oakton Street Skokie, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics reported smoke showing from the restaurant. A MABAS Box Alarm was requested as an extra precaution to keep the fire from spreading to adjacent businesses.
The fire was immediately extinguished and the extra alarm was struck out by 11:18 a.m.
